Relaxing stay

Location, situated between the old and new jiaoxi market. Convenient and surrounded by good eateries. The room is huge and spacious and in room onsen facility is clean.

Location was great and we love the room. Upgraded to club floors. Booking almost cancelled as card was not activated for overseas. Very good experience with front desk.

Staff attitude at the Japanese restaurant could be improved though.

Hotel staff, facilities, breakfast were excellent. Room very comfortable and generally clean though some area very dusty. Love the firmness of the bed.

Would stay here again when we return.

We really liked the service of the hotel staff. The room wasn't too big, but it was just comfortable for 2 nights stay. The private onsen bath was a highlight of the hotel! Very short walk (3mins) to the train station.

There were 5 different breakfast sets that you could choose from and some ala carte items (not much selection- cereal, taiwanese porridge and toast). Wished there was a bit more in the ala carte section as not all the breakfast sets were suitable; but this is subjective!

Lovely place for couple or even family!

Location is great since very close to JiaoXi Station and easy to travel around. Hot spring water is supplied to room and can enjoy private time in a huge bath tub. Very generous with in room complimentary drinks and snacks. Very details and taking care need of children too.

Breakfast portion (main) is little too big and certain dishes was not warm/hot enough (like salmon dish). Otherwise very generous on entry, drinks, fruits and side dishes.

Really lovely room. Having a the hot spring tub in the room with a view over Yilan was glorious! The ramen restaurant in the ground floor was good for a quick and light dinner.

Superb

We had a superb experience here. Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and the bathtub with a view was very nice. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the gym and DIY activity provided by the hotel with our kid. Breakfast was very satisfying. Best of all was the public onsen, which was large, clean, and provided free bottled water and sports drinks. Really great value for the price, will definitely stay here again.

The roads outside the hotel are not exactly pedestrian-friendly, so have to be very careful when you venture outside the hotel.

Relaxing Holiday!

This hotel's Hot Spring was very good. Clean, relaxing, and temperature was just right. I difinitely want to come back in the future.

There was nothing I did not like. From the time of checkiing in to the departure. I wish there were more Japanese food choices at breakfast restaurant.

We were very lucky to get a promotion. The room was very clean and the views were beautiful. The only thing that should be concerned about is the breakfast. The breakfast was not a full buffet that all you can eat. You should order a main dish and then you can select bread/salad/appetizer. The options were very limited.

the guy who check me in was perfect . He was very professional and patience introducing the hotel facilities.
